Main responsibilities:

• Lead the company in scaling up from pilot plant to a commercially profitable unit.
• Ensure fully operational status including leadership and organization as well as legal permits.
• Ensure appropriate activities towards capital markets/investor relations.
• Ensure relevant funding is in place at all times.
• Lead negotiations with customers, partners, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Report to the board of directors.

Background and profile:

• 
  Leading position from a complex and highly regulated commercial production-based organization in an international environment.
  
• Interaction and negotiation experience with authorities, customers, and partners
• 
  Scale up experience from pilot plant to a fully operational production facility and company
